LTS was asked to restore this Grade I listed property to its former glory by carrying out a conversion to create a residential building, which for many years had been used for office accommodation. The work included constructing a lower ground floor leisure complex.
Extensive structural alterations were made including digging into the basement to build a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna room. The finished property is now once again an elegant family home, combining historic features and modern convenience.
