OVERVIEW

LTS was asked to refurbish this Grade II, five storey, semi-detached property in Chelsea.

​

Part of the brief was to retain many of the period features which made the property so special. The whole house was stripped out and many of the original features were restored, or replaced to match existing details. Using clever design, the garden was transformed into a modern space.
