OVERVIEW

In a Grade II listed building in Manresa Road, Chelsea, that was converted from the original London College of Arts, our client purchased three separate units to form a triplex apartment. LTS worked to a detailed brief which included: interior and exterior refurbishment; full mechanical and electrical fit out, including Luminaire lighting; and new audio visual systems.

The floor finishes were in timber and marble and a glass spiral staircase connect the three levels. The lower floor houses a spa complex.
