LTS carried out a total refurbishment of this Grade II listed 18th century property set in a one acre plot in Chelsea, London. Once the London home of Richard William Hamilton, private secretary to Lord Elgin, the house includes a cast of the Elgin Marbles, replicated by Hamilton, and used as a frieze around the main ballroom ceiling.
A fit-out of the new west wing was carried out incorporating a swimming pool hall, gym, and remote controlled Luminaire lighting system. Working closely with English Heritage, LTS received excellent feedback on the way it treated the building and the sympathetic way the existing finishes were handled.
