ABOUT LTS REFURBISHMENT

Since its formation in 1992, LTS has refurbished and restored properties in prestigious locations in London and the Home Counties.

 

Our projects have included the restoration of listed properties in London’s prime locations of Chelsea, Kensington and Belgravia and country houses in Surrey and Oxfordshire. For more than 25 years at the heart of our business has been the delivery of a personalised service, using highly skilled professionals to produce outstanding results.

 

We work with some of the best trades and artisans in the industry and together with our senior management team we deliver successful projects every time. Using our extensive knowledge of specialist building materials, we have been able to build an excellent reputation as one of the leaders in period refurbishment and restoration. This reputation, coupled with our passion for architecture and design, means LTS has firmly established itself at the top of this very competitive market.

 

To maintain high standards we only work with experienced subcontractors who match our values and quality expectations. Our senior management team works closely with our onsite project teams providing support, guidance and additional expertise to achieve outstanding results. At LTS we know the importance of delivering the highest standards of quality. At each stage, we strive for perfection in everything we do, knowing that our future success depends on it.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our approach is simple achieve the highest quality standards possible. We believe that a well organised team is the key to a successful job and the directors of LTS have a ‘hands on’ approach with every project. We establish and develop communication and procedural systems that are tailored to the individual project, exchanging information and drawings with designers and contractors. Each project is carefully planned and programmes are drawn up for both pre-construction and construction activities. These include time-line charts with progress reports built in so that our clients can be kept up-to-date. We also place a great deal of focus on cost management and develop a cost plan with the design team before the start of each project.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We put health and safety at the centre of the work we do to, complying fully with all legal requirements and meeting, or exceeding, our health and safety expectations. We ensure that all our employees and subcontractors are well informed, well trained, engaged and are committed to the health and safety improvement process. We pride ourselves on creating a culture where safety is at the forefront of what we do. We openly report our safety performance and regularly consult with external experts to ensure we are kept up-to-date with the latest health and safety regulations. We also expect that all those we work with adhere to our same high standards and only work with subcontractors who share our safe ways of working and culture.

AFTER CARE

After we have completed a project, we maintain an ongoing relationship with our clients, ensuring that we continue to provide a great after care service. Many of our clients have gone on to ask us to do additional work, or to help them with future projects.
