Completed in 1766, this very imposing listed building was the first stone fronted building in the square. The 16,500 Sq Ft property boasts an array of gems. Although the building was adapted by Samuel Wyatt two decades later, the magnificence of this building is still very much alive with the original features designed by James Stewart.
The building is listed for many reasons but the items of particular interest are the ceilings and fireplaces. LTS have been contracted to skilfully restore this London treasure back to its former glory whilst adapting aspects to cater for modern living. LTS are under contract to create a lower ground floor gymnasium complex. The photos above are of the ceilings restored thus far.
LTS have been contracted to restore a 1760 Robert Adam built, 15,000 Sq Ft building. This beautiful residence, once occupied by Sir Edwin Lutyens, sits just north of Oxford St and will benefit from the restoration of original features, including the original Robert Adam Staircase and also a complete modernisation including the provision of a spa.
LTS have recently been awarded the contract to transform a Surrey Country House amounting to some 18,000 square feet. The proposed scheme allows for significant engineering works to the rear elevations of the existing property, the new-build construction of a stand alone property and the extensive refurbishment of the existing residence.
