Project Management ideally starts months before a project actually starts on site; and we believe the contractor can make a real difference in these early stages by planning the project and developing working Programmes for both Pre-construction and construction activities.
We produce detailed programmes (time line charts) for all our projects and report progress to our clients on a regularly basis.
Cost management starts with a cost plan, which we like to develop with the design team before the start of each project. We are well acquainted with tendering and procuring both small and large specialist packages of works during the contract period and are well versed in cost management of the works during the construction process.
