Tregunter Road was a high quality refurbishment involving façade retention and comprehensive demolition and excavation. The rebuilt house was extended and a new rear elevation erected with a new stairwell containing a curved staircase through four storeys. All new services were installed with new audio visual, security and access control. A new rear garden landscaping scheme was constructed with water feature and lily pond with a new external curved stone staircase connecting the ground and lower ground floors. New kitchens, bathrooms and fitted furniture was installed all to the highest quality.
