stanley house

Stanley House is a 15,000 Sq Ft Grade 2* listed building sitting in a one acre site in Chelsea, London. The project was a total refurbishment of the 18th Century building and a fit-out of the new West Wing incorporating a Swimming Pool Hall, Gym and Leisure Facilities.

The historic building has a fully controlled HVAC system as well as a fully integrated Audio Visual and Security System. The historic panelling has been restored together with lath and plaster walls. The existing floorboards were catalogued, removed and reinstated with full acoustic separation. Two new oak timber staircases and a cantilevered Portland Stone staircase and bespoke fitted furniture have been fitted including kitchens and bathrooms.

LTS has worked closely with architects and interior designers to produce a fully finished, unique London residence. The grounds have been landscaped with hard and soft landscaping incorporating a fountain, rill and lily pond, multi-level stone terraces with stone balustrade, mature tree planting, lighting and security. All works have listed building consent with approval of English Heritage.
