LTS were awarded the contract to amalgamate two adjacent apartments to facilitate 5,000 Sq Ft of lateral, decadent living space. The premises, originally duped the most valuable wasteland in London, was subject to a large Grosvenor joint venture development. LTS designed and built the mechanical system that Edward Pearce & Partners specified. The rigid mechanical platform in place before commencing, coupled with the Grosvenor restrictions for adaptation lead to a challenging design task. Our in house design team completed the objective satisfying every one of our clients requirements.
Vertical Fan Coil Units, rather than horizontal, have been discretely placed to maximise all floor to ceiling heights with ceiling coffers adding the final concealing touch. All these measurements are administered to the millimeter in the knowledge that the greater the ceiling height the greater the aesthetical and financial value of the end result.
Throughout this property you can see that no area has been left behind, fabric lines the central aspect of the property which subtly houses an abundance of storage, sound proofed Audio Visual Room and a lift shaft servicing the apartment from the main lobby downstairs.
Parquet and marble flooring features throughout the apartment and bold statements are made with the magnificent solid oak doors. Other features include a panic room and walk-in safe.
