Kynance Mews was a smaller project for a client whose principle residence had been comprehensively refurbished by LTS two years earlier. The brief was to provide a full design and build service designed to a budget. The house was comprehensively refurbished with the provision of new services, roof and glass roof sections, kitchen and bathrooms. New security, access control and audio visual systems were installed.
