Eldon Road is a Grade 2 listed building situated in Kensington. The project involved complete refurbishment including structural alterations and excavations to the lower ground floor and rear garden, new services, the installation of bandit proof windows, new kitchens, bathrooms and fitted furniture and the installation of a new curved staircase throughout all four floors. Fully integrated audio-visual, security and access control systems were installed.
