Bottrells Close is a Grade 2 listed Country House set in extensive gardens. The project involved extensive restorations to the listed fabric of the buildings including removal, repair and re-instatement of the historic roof, repair and rebuilding of brickwork and flint panels with lime mortar, installation of new oak windows and doors, and the installation of new drainage, gas and electrical connections. New services, audio-visual, access control and security systems were all installed. New kitchens, bathrooms, fitted joinery and a new oak staircase were installed. New oak floors were installed and existing timber floors with historic value were painstakingly restored. Extensive new landscaping was carried out including stone multi level terraces and steps.
