Our works on the apartment you have reviewed in the pages preceding these led to the award of a further contract to refurbish the apartments below, again creating one apartment from two separate dwellings. The foot print of this lateral living space mirrored that of the apartment above. Although the scheme benefits from a different style of decadence designed by Studio Indigo, there are large similarities across the two projects.

LTS were awarded this contract because of our spatial and structural understanding of the building as well as the craftsmanship already delivered in the property above. The property benefits from air conditioning throughout and an up to date integrated audio visual system features in all the rooms. LTS were again asked to design the mechanical and electrical specification issued by Edward Pearce & Partners and again achieved the maximum floor to ceiling height potential.
