Luke Sanders

Luke formed LTS Refurbishment in 1992, he was joined by Charlie Johnson in 1996 and the company was incorporated in 1997. Over the last 10 years they successfully completed a number of residential refurbishment projects in The SW London area ranging from £250,000 to £8.5 million.

Luke is a driven but above all a passionate builder with an obsession with detail and quality. These characteristics enable the design team to benefit from Luke’s unique problem solving approach to design and development.

Charlie Johnson

Charlie teamed up with Luke in 1996 with a trade background as a services engineer. Charlie is a highly accomplished manager and heads the site production team for all directly employed staff. Charlie is an excellent communicator who effortlessly manages the transition from Client to site operative with equal effect.

Charlie is naturally motivated to produce quality work and co-ordinates resources to produce these results.

Richard Barker

Richard joined LTS in 2003 as a director and following a 10 year acquaintance with Luke, Charlie and their work. Richard has a degree in construction management (‘91) and has worked for Blue chip construction companies such as Bovis and Taylor Woodrow on building and civil engineering projects worth up to £150 million. Richard has also worked on the client side as a consultant project manager as well has running his own residential refurbishment project management business in London.
